Thank you for shopping at Cultgaiastores. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.
1. Where We Ship
Cultgaiastores ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed from outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.
2. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. This cutoff gives our fulfillment team sufficient time to pick, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier before the daily pickup.
3. Processing Time
All orders require 1–2 business days of processing before shipment. Processing includes order verification, packing, and carrier handoff. Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays.
4. Shipping Method and Carrier Selection
We select the most suitable carrier for each order based on the destination state and package characteristics. Our carrier partners include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier assigned to your order is determined at the time of fulfillment based on the most reliable service available for your delivery address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
The table below shows the estimated total delivery time from order placement to delivery. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Important clarification: The “3–5 business days” transit figure above is the carrier’s estimated range. The total delivery window of 4–7 business days is calculated as the maximum processing time (2 days) plus the maximum transit time (5 days). Weather conditions, peak season volume, and unforeseen events may extend delivery beyond this estimate.
6. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. The shipping charge shown at checkout will always be $0.00 for eligible U.S. addresses.
7. Sales Tax
Cultgaiastores does not collect or remit sales tax on any orders. No tax is calculated or added at checkout. The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the full amount you pay.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@cultgaiastores.my.
9. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (which is $0 for standard free shipping orders).
