1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The delivery date is the date your package was marked as delivered by the carrier. Returns initiated after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused — the item must not have been worn, washed, or altered
- Original packaging — the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and accessories
- Quality issue returns — if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, it also qualifies for return under these same conditions; no additional requirements apply
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@cultgaiastores.my with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive your return authorization — we will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (sent by email).
- Print the prepaid label and attach it to your package. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the package from any UPS, FedEx, or USPS drop-off location, depending on the label provided.
- Receive your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided. There is no restocking fee and no restocking charge of any kind. The refund amount will equal the full purchase price of the returned item(s).

In all return scenarios, Cultgaiastores covers the return shipping cost. There is no circumstance in which the customer is charged for return shipping on an eligible return.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible, rather than waiting for the return to be processed first.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item at our return address, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. If the return meets the conditions in Section 2, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to discuss options. No refund will be issued for items that fail inspection, but we will return the item to you at your cost.
