1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cultgaiastores accepts the following payment methods:

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) . If your card or PayPal account is denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their own conversion rate. Cultgaiastores is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

2. Payment Process

Shopping with us is straightforward:

  1. Browse our collection and add items to your cart.
  2. When you are ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping information.
  4. Select your preferred payment method from the options listed above.
  5. Complete your payment through our secure checkout.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. Your order enters processing after payment confirmation.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted connection. Your payment card details are not stored on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. You will see a secure checkout indicator in your browser’s address bar (the https:// prefix) on all payment pages.

4. Sales Tax

Cultgaiastores does not collect or charge sales tax on any orders. The price displayed on the product page and at checkout is the final amount you pay. No additional tax, handling fees, or hidden charges will be added to your order total.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, you will receive an error message at checkout. No order will be created until payment is successfully processed.
